Edinburgh mint (E* below bust). Edinburgh bust with the 2 curls at the top of the head pointing backwards. The reverse with wide shields.

Low grade with some scratches, the date largely worn - some remnants of the final 2 numerals can be made out though it can’t be distinguished whether the final digit is an 8 or 9.
