1797/1804 Octagonal Countermarked Mexico Dollar -George III British Silver Coin

1797 Mexico 8 Reales/Dollar coin, countermarked for British use in 1804 using an octagonal countermark. The countermark uses the same design as was issued on the 1792-1800 Maundy Penny coin.

A nice coin with good detail. Some contact marks, including to the countermark, though a good level of detail remains.
